Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder, and celebrities are no exception. In fact, there are quite a few celebrities who don't exactly fit the standard ideal and mold of what we've been brainwashed to find attractive. These "weird" beauties don't all have the 100% perfectly symmetrical faces, toned athletic bodies or the flawless skin, smile and style.

However, what they do have is character -- something about them that even without oozing sexy makes us look a little longer. These "non-traditionally" hot celebrities are adored by many for their unconventional attractiveness. These rare gems are often mislabeled negatively for their looks, but what one person may see as blah is someone else's ideal of beauty. At the end of the day, it's all relative anyway.

Black Voices recently chatted with Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, and, like most, we were instantly rendered speechless by her strikingly ageless beauty. Since Chilli, one-third of TLC, stepped on the scene in 1992, not much has changed in her looks at all. From her signature baby hairs to her flawless clear skin, the 39-year-old mom could still easily pass for 25.

The Oscars are over, award hooplah has died down and everyone is on to the next sensationalized news. Well, not exactly everyone. Howard Stern, Sirius radio shock jock, seems to still have his eye on one particular nominee, and not in a good way. On his show Monday, Stern and co-host Robin Quivers had mouthful to say about 'Precious' star and Best Actress Oscar nominee Gabourey "Gabby" Sidibie's future in Hollywood.

"There's the most enormous, fat black chick I've ever seen. She is enormous. Everyone's pretending she's a part of show business and she's never going to be in another movie," Stern said. "She should have gotten the Best Actress award, because she's never going to have another shot. What movie is she gonna be in?"

Although Sidibe, 26, does have a new Showtime series 'The C Word' and a big-screen appearance opposite Zoe Kravitz in the drama 'Yelling to the Sky,' lined up, there is truth in Stern's words. This might get a lot women upset, but if we're honest, the source of anger isn't really from what Stern said, but how he said it.
