Heavy eyeliner was all over the Spring 2010 runways. Now, the trend has trickled down to the women of the world! Eyeliner, applied with an uptick at the end, can give your eyes a flirty and youthful look (think Zoe Saldana) or a sultry look (like Rihanna and Alicia Keys), depending on what you are going for.

Are you feeling inspired and want to try the look for yourself? It's pretty easy if you know what you're doing. Ladies with smaller eyes should only draw eyeliner on the outer half of the lid to create the illusion of a larger eye. If you have larger eyes you can just follow your eye shape with the liner and extend it a little (or a lot, if you're daring!) past your eyelid.
