Brush Your Way to a Whiter Smile

Growing up, I always remembered my teeth being white. I'd often get compliments on my naturally gleaming smile, causing many of my friends to jokingly say I belonged in a Crest commercial. However, in the past year or so I've noticed the compliments have steadily declined and my once pearly whites, are now...not so white.

I was confused as to how this could happen, considering that I'm neither a coffee drinker nor a smoker, and I brush my teeth regularly. In fact, the toothpastes that I've been brushing with for years have all contained whitening ingredients, but they were clearly doing nothing for my smile -- until now.

A friend recently suggested I try Crest 3D White Vivid Toothpaste. At first, I was skeptical, since all the toothpastes I had been using up until this point haven't done much for my smile. I thought, 'How is this going to be any different?' Fortunately, my skepticism was put to rest.

I'm an official believer in Crest 3D White Vivid Toothpaste. After only five short days I noticed my smile begin to brighten. Now, two weeks into using the whitening toothpaste, I've seen a dramatic change in the color of my teeth. After two weeks, Crest 3D White Vivid Toothpaste has removed up to 80 percent of surface stains. In the past, I've used strips, whitening trays and rinses but this, by far, has been the simplest and affordable way to whiten my teeth.

Whitening strips and trays can be pricey, ranging from $25 to $40, and they are very time consuming. Trying to remember to put them on for 30 minutes at a time for two weeks isn't ideal for everyone. Since I can't go without brushing my teeth at least twice a day the 3D White Vivid Toothpaste was a breeze to use.

As I've gotten older, I've noticed that my teeth have become very sensitive, and if you've used whitening treatments before then you know they can sometimes attribute to making sensitivity worse. I was relieved that the enamel-safe whitening ingredient did not cause my teeth to become more sensitive -- instead they became simply brighter. I challenge you to try it!

For an even brighter smile, add 3D Multi-Care Whitening Rinse, $3.79, to your oral-hygiene routine.
