Perhaps you may have noticed that hot-pink lips are popping up everywhere these days--and we're not just talking about Amber Rose or Nicki Minaj. Fashion designers have jumped on to the trend as well; sending models down the runway sporting shades of hot-pink.
You can get in on the action too with a few swipes of hot pink or fuchsia lip-gloss or lipstick. Here's a list of pink shades to try for the summer.

For a pale pink shade like the one that Solange is rocking try: Mac Lipstick in Pink Nouveau ($14, maccosmetics.com)

To get the bright fuchsia lip that Rihanna is wearing here try: Mac Lipstick in Girl About Town ($14, maccosmetics.com)

If you're not ready for such a bold lip, try a soft glossy pink like Sanaa did. We recommend Mac Lipstick in Lickable ($14, maccosmetics.com)

A soft muted pink like what LaLa is wearing here is also another option if you aren't ready for on drama. We like Mac Lipstick in Speak Louder ($14, maccosmetics.com)

Rabbits bounce to the bakery and asked: "Boss, you have 100 small bread ah?" Boss: "ah, I'm sorry, not so many" so ah. . . "White Rabbit sadly away. The next day, the rabbit hopped to the bakery," Boss, there is no 100 small bread ah? "Boss:" Sorry, still no ah "" ah so. . . "White Rabbit sadly away. On the third day, the rabbit hopped to the bakery," Boss, there is no 100 small bread ah? "The boss happy, said:" With, with, today we have 100 little bread! ! "White Rabbit pulled out of money:" Great, I bought two! "

everything cycles when it comes to fashion. Right now we are seeing 80's all over again. Leggings, big blazers and shirts. Its all back. Dont be surprised when men are sporting mullets. My hairdresser went to the paris show last fall and said PERMS are back! I am an Air Force and single at present .I need a woman who can love me back ..I also uploaded my hot photos on Uniformedmingle .c om under the name of Military2..It's the largest and best club for seeking Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Police Force, and the admirers of those who wear the uniform.
I just hope you don't mind me being a soldier ...Please Check it out!I'm serious.

To be perfectly honest, these shades of lipstick are not at all flattering. When will women learn to think for themselves when it comes to fashion. Proclaiming something the "it" product of the season is just a marketing manipulation. I am teaching my daughters to think for themselves, and not to be swayed be the whims of a few. The idea of there being an "it" lipstick, or the "it" item of clothing just perpetuates the idea from grade school that if you wear this or look a certain way you will be more popular. I want better for my girls.

I totally agree with you. When I saw these colors, I couldn't believe it. They look horrible. Also, I have a daughter and I agree with you. Everyone is different and we should go with what looks good on us and what we are comfortable with, not what everyone else is wearing or doing.

OMG! Say it isn't so. Those bubble gum colors from the late 50's early 60's and always, anytime in the trailor parks. That nasty shade is the color that was available for the "ingenue" of my generation and it almost spoiled us for any lip color ever again ---- was there much lip color on the hippies? At Woodstock? At political protests or rock concerts? See what I mean. Yucko! Nothing like having ones lips announce ones arrival 45 seconds before the rest of the body arrives. If this is truly a trend, it should last until maybe Saturday evening.....this is NOT a good thing.

Barbie Pornstar Pink sucks. I think Fuschia works better on PEOPLE.

Lipstick shades should complement the lips and overall coloring of the face. Not jump out at you like clown lips! Solange looks scary. The only one with close to normal lip color is Sanaa.

This is a ridiculous shade! For women of color and white women. By the way ... I noticed this is on "Black Voices" .. would anyone be offended if we had a "White Voices" page? There is also a Black Miss America ... would anyone be offended if we had a "White Miss America? Thot not.
