If you are feeling bold, you can wear the liner on the bottom. Apply a neutral eye shadow to your eyelid, add mascara and then you're ready to go! For ladies with dark-brown, green or hazel eyes, using a purplish shade will definitely make your peepers pop. Emerald-green eyeliner works best with hazel or green eyes, and blue eyeliner works best with just about every eye color. For the brave souls, you may want to try applying bright blue. Navy blue also works great for those who are going for the fun but professional look.
