2009 is over and done, but let's look back at the biggest beauty blunders of the year.
Taraji P. Henson & the Reverse Raccoon Look
Taraji P. Henson usually looks great on the red carpet, but at the 13th annual Hollywood Awards Gala Ceremony her makeup was a total miss. Either her concealer was too light and applied with a paddle or her makeup artist forgot to wipe away the excess powder used to prevent eyeshadow from collecting under the eye.
Drew Barrymore & The Curls that went cuckoo
Drew Barrymore has a free spirit and that's one of the reasons why we can't help but love her, but at the 2009 Golden Globes her hair was a hot mess. Talk about too much teasing. It just brings attention to her roots, which are about five shades darker than the rest of her hair.

Is it a hat? Is it some crazy updo? I'd guess both. What was Tyra's hairstylist thinking? This was by far the worst updo of 2009.

Wow , Drew has some serious neck wrinkles as well. I would hardly call Alicia's hair "mousy brown", however, I would call her a "HOMEWRECKER".

Wow! Those are some truly frightening pictures! Of all the pics there, I'd say the one that surprises me the LEAST was Tyra's. She is the true definition of "Train Wreck" television. I pray for the day I can turn my TV on, and NOT see her mug..

Tyra's hair is just fine. It's reminiscent of the 1940's. Guess this blogger is too much of a narrow-minded chump that he can't recognize a retro hairstyle when one slaps him across the face.
