Is your loved one a Mariah Carey fan? How about 50 Cent? If so, you don't have to limit yourself to the music section of the store when you're looking for their gifts this holiday season. More and more celebrities are turning toward the lucrative celebrity perfume business to subsidize their earnings.
Mariah Carey is at it again -- her newest perfume Forever has hit shelves and it's a floral scent that will leave you feeling nothing short of glamorous. My favorite thing about this perfume besides the heady scent of gardenia and tuberose is the bottle that was crafted to mimic an antique perfume bottle. I love anything that's going to make a statement on my dresser. This scent is perfect for a fancy dinner date.

(In Bloom, $59.00 Avon.com)
In Bloom by Reese Witherspoon is the latest perfume to make it onto my dresser. With the cute little flower in full bloom as the bottle top, it's no wonder it's the bottle I reach for most often now. The scent combines delicate femininity with seductive allure and mysterious beauty, light yet warm. It's perfect for a dinner and a movie date or even a romantic but laid back evening at home.
(Power, $50.50 Macys.com)
Regardless of whether or not you like rapper 50 Cent, you have to admit he's a business man before anything else and a damn good business man at that. When I first caught wind of the launch of his fragrance for men, I was completely disinterested -- that is until my 14-year-old brother and his friends were overheard talking about how much they wanted the scent. Being the fabulous older sister that I am, I got him some and he and all his friends went wild. 50 has said that the scent embodies his rise to power from his gritty beginnings.

I have always been very afraid of aging, you know, becoming old and useless and unattractive. When I turned 50, I decided to do something about it. I've spent fortunes on face creams and anti-aging serums… but using GenFX is the first time I've tried turning back the clock from the inside out. It's also the last time I'll spend a fortune on face creams! Now everyone says I look 35! http://www.antiaginggenfx.com/

I pretty much use Tink's Doe N Heat #69. I find it keeps women away but still manages to help me put meat on the table.

Tom Ford fragrances are some of the best I've encountered. Neiman Marcus carries them. A lot of them are unisex, in that they smell differently depending upon being applied on a man or a woman. Yes, they are a tad more expensive than the ones shown here, but the are POWERFUL. I was sampling some and even after washing my hands with soap and water the scent stayed put. Impressive. Most of the better scents start at about $180 for 1.7 oz. and $450 for the 8.3 oz.

Hell, I'm just a middle-class slob, but I shop at Neiman-Marcus. I buy the mid-priced (but a helluva lot more expensive than the crap in this story) and they are a better buy, because you use tiny amounts that last a long damn time. Actually, sometimes the better stuff can be more economical. The cheap crap takes tons to even smell it and lasts about 15 minutes.

be more appropriate to have scents like booze, pot and vomit. isn't that what the hard partying "celebs" really smell like?!

Maybe Dog the Bounty Hunter should come out with a scent. I bet it would smell like salami and diet coke burps, with a hint of fart.
